He’s responsive, knowledgeable and he follows up. Mike's is a great shop for car repairs. Mike and his son Ryan are honest and do good work. If they say it needs to be fixed, it does. And they fix it right for a reasonable price. I am always glad they are there to look after my vehicles.

Does not treat employees with respect. You do not get very knowledgeable service because they hire a person and before their 3 month probation is over they let that person go, saying there isn’t enough work to keep them.

Shout out to the whole Burning Rubber Tire and Speed crew for mounting and balancing my tires on new rims, something 2 other shops failed to do correctly. These guys are extremely efficient, effective, and professional. I highly recommend them for any / all automotive needs. They're worth the drive to Oakville.

Honest, fair pricing. Excellent quality of work, and stellar communication. The garage doesn't have the over-the-top bells and whistles and fancy appearance of some other locations in HRM, and you can tell they put their focus in the cars and on their customers... not their business appearance.I have done oil changes, bodywork repair, MVA, detailing and cleaning, and more done by these guys, and would recommend them to anyone!

Jay did a fantastic job on tinting and wrapping my Zed. His communication was great, he made sure he understood exactly what I wanted and kept me updated on the process. The work was completed quickly and the price was excellent - worth every penny! The final results were even better than I had hoped - the car is a real head turner and gets lots of compliments. I absolutely love how it turned out and highly recommend Jay at Kars Kustoms - I will definitely be returning here for future work.
